Love

 Romantic love may not be available to everyone at every point in their lives but TRUE love is always available. My definition of true love has nothing to do with romance. I see love as the energy that permeates the world. It is in every act of kindness, every smile and every gracious thought. Compassion and connectedness make the world a better place. If I can make someone's day better by sharing my "love" it usually causes a positive ripple effect. Think of a time when you felt "on top of the world." How did you treat other people? How did you treat yourself? Were your thoughts positive? Was your step a little lighter? You may have even smiled at a stranger. We can't really ever know but that smile may have helped heal someone in some way. The great thing about any kind of love is that there is no such thing as too much. Love is one of the only things that when given away, it expands. But the best part is there is no chance of overdose! XO
